Create WebLog sites with no programming knowledge.

Overview

Note: Radio UserLand is no longer under development, but is available as a legacy download

Radio UserLand is an easy-to-use Weblog tool that runs on your desktop, so it's fast, and ready to go when you are. It automatically builds your site, organizes and archives your posts, and publishes your content -- without any knowledge of HTML, FTP, or graphic design. All you need to do is install Radio and begin publishing, in minutes, not days. You can publish written text, links, photos, documents, and much more with just a single click of your mouse. Best of all, you can do all of this in your favorite browser.

This installer (like the v8.0 one I've already installed) allows one to choose a target install disk. With v8.0, I installed onto a non-boot partition, and then it wouldn't work ON MY 8.6 BOX. Maybe it's fine on other 9/X. The Help is strictly online, and I couldn't get to it. Finally I gave up on 'normal' fixes and re-installed, allowing it to install onto my boot. Wham! It worked then. This was just the beginning of my travails on this. Despite extensive documentation online, it's just nowhere near as easy to work as the P.R. claims. Because of its deep power and configurability, I feel it's overkill for the casual user who just wants a simple Blog. If you are an intermediate to advanced user who wants incredible power, go for it! Otherwise, I say try LiveJournal.com and the Mac tools for it.
