Run iTunes from a remote computer.

Overview

iTunesRemote consists of a server program and a client program, which makes it possible to remotely control the iTunes program on another computer.

Although that may seem a crazy idea, there is at least one use for this: to be able to control your MP3-streaming computer remotely. This program allows you to do this from any computer connected to the other computer somehow. It doesn't matter if they're networked or if they're connected to the Internet via a modem, as long as there is some way to send data between them. So, when you're in the living room, listening to some music, and the streaming computer is upstairs, you can just pick up your laptop and have it play something else. And it won't even cost you anything. You don't need any extra software or plugins, and you don't need to buy extra equipment (provided you already have a means of connecting the computers.)

Resubmitting my rating. This thing is buggy. The server app eats up more and more CPU time until your processor croaks. Deleted.
