SpaceLauncher overview
SpaceLauncher lets you launch or switch to an app by holding down the spacebar while pressing a key.
- Launch an app, open a website, or run a script:
- Spacebar S -> launch Safari
- Spacebar N -> launch Notes
- Spacebar G -> open a website
- Simulate a keystroke (with/without modifiers):
- Spacebar Q -> simulate F11
- Spacebar X -> simulate Control-Option-Shift-Command-A
- More keys, more actions:
- Spacebar F then D -> open Documents folder
- Spacebar F then W -> open Downloads folder
- Spacebar A W E S O M E -> launch your AppleScript to say "you are awesome"

Great help to work faster! Using the spacebar is far more convenient than other keystrokes without dislocating the fingers :) Great idea and job!

I like the idea of taking advantage of the spacebar. It is really smooth to type spacebar and another key. I get used to hyper key (Caps Lock), but spacebar is much easier. After playing with SpaceLauncher for a while, it seems to work just like the description. So far so good!
I didn't find what will happen after a trial on the website. Until now I only got a purchase prompt after hundreds of uses.
