I've updated to the most recent version and the workflow is awesome. Also Word was added as a new pack! So useful. The app is also called "Button" not "Buttons"...

First, there is a well done web site and a Twitter link. Immensely helpful and worldwide popular app.

Hey man, I'm Austin, the developer of Button. I'm currently a student, and between improving the app and classes, the website has fallen down in my list of priorities. I can assure you the app is legitimate, and I've been working hard to make it as good as a shortcuts app can be. I made a video for the most recent update, and you can see it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=azxWgaGwzrM

Let me know if you have any questions about it! :)

Uh. It's only in the App Store, so that makes it sound pretty legit, no? Haven't tried it though ;-)

@ AshBP; Harbouring in the App Store is no guarantee of legitimacy or integrity. Apple has previously allowed dubious and damaging apps to be placed in the App Store. Now, I'm not implying anything suspicious about the dev or Button Shortcuts, merely reminding people the Apple marque is not impervious to tactical or strategic dark web transgressions. Just be very wary when downloading the type of app or utility which may have been the workings of NSA, GCHQ, MOSSAD, FSB - Federal'naya Sluzhba Bezopasnosti, Shin Bet or such other nefarious security agency/ies known to have shown little to no regard for Human Rights or the presumption of Innocence before Guilt is proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
