MacUpdates' download link brings you to the Mac App Store, where the current version is called "Complete Anatomy 20", its version is 5.0.1. Its icon has a "20", not the "19" in the icon MacUpdate presents here.

FYI: It's annoying when an app is listed as free that requires paid supplements to work properly. That's not free. And it's a fraud to say it is. Get a clue.
