4 stars when it works; 1 star for their bait-and-switch business model. I've used this company's products for a few years now, and it does often work as advertised. And then it stops working and you find out you need to upgrade to a new version that works with your current MacOS. EXCEPT … that version is no longer made; it's now called something else. In this case "Tuneskit Apple Music Converter" - which no longer works for me under High Sierra and has no further upgrades - has become "DRM Audio Converter." And that lifetime upgrade they promised me when I bought this product? GONE. The truth is, these hucksters keep changing their product names every year or two so that your registration number no longer works. Time to move on …

The serial number provided doesn't work to register in the app. No response from their support team. I can't evaluate the app because I can't register it.

I wasn't having this issue PRIOR to the 2.0.5 update. The only issue I had is that it would stop converting files after a few were processed. The 2.0.5 update seems to have wiped out my registration information and while it will convert all of the files that I give it, will only convert 1/3 of each song, as it appears to be stuck in Trial Mode.

The app will NOT accept any registration information given to it either by me, manually; or by MacUpdate Desktop when installing via MUD. Very frustrating...

Simply not working - wasted money, even with discount.
Because I have many purchased music in my iTunes library that doesn't work in DJ apps on Mac and iPad, I thought this software will be the solution for that.
It starts with a drop zone with a text "Drag Apple Muisc files here to start". This little spelling error was a warning. If I write an app like this and I'm not able to write "Music" correctly, I should change my business. The whole GUI has nothing to do with macOS apps, this is a one-window-framework-app. Opening my iTunes library didn't work, nothing in the list.
O.k., I gave it a try anyway and converted some dropped music files to m4a and aac. The result was a m4a- or aac-file with a normal size, but with a length of 789 hours, that is simply not playing at all. Only converting to MP3 works, but that means to convert every track to MP3 and then to aac, because aac is what I want in the end on my devices.
Not recommended, I hope I can get my money back.

Probably one of the best apps I’ve downloaded. Took a bit of a time working things out but after a few experiments it worked perfectly. Has some purchased DRM tracks under a different iTunes account which showed in my current account, just lifted them straight into the programme, output as mp3, reimported them and changed them to AAC. Don’t have any more DRM. Only have to work through the Apple files now, which worked perfectly when I tried a few. Many thanks. Lack of instructions lost half a star.

Worked great one time. Now crashes or simply times out every time I use it. Contacted support who was fast to get back to me. Sent in debug. Waiting for response. I requested refund, as sadly I will have to go with more expensive solution. Would be a great app if it did not crash or hang, and as mentioned by others if it offered more feed back as to what it is or is not doing.
