Very easy drag and drop feature can automatically encode with pre-configured settings. Just a tick box will create normalised levels on each file to create a smooth final batch output. I am encoding MP3 files for a CD for an older Fiat using the 'Blue & Me' player and To MP3 Converter's batch feature makes all files instantly compatible with the strict constraints.

Fast and reliable utility for straightforward conversion to mp3. Just drop folder with albums' subfolders in - and the job is done. Cons - I didn't find the feature for exporting converted music to iTunes automatically. On the other side, I've organized couple of music libraries by myself, adding albums to iTunes manually.
