I love this utility. As the amount of text selected increases, the displayed text gets smaller. This is a great addition to zooming the screen. I set my keyboard shortcut to ⌘⌥L so text in word processors is not altered. If your visually impaired this is a great tool! Thanks ... Ken

From the screenshot it looks like the font used to display the text is not the font in the document being quoted but Courier or some other fixed width font. This is a poor choice from a readability standpoint. Which suggest another option to work on, besides variable text size - the ability for a user to choose the font they prefer for reading. Personally I like Verdana Regular, which is a medium weight sans serif font with excellent letter spacing. In print serif fonts are generally easier to read, but on screen sans serif fonts work better. In any case, if this app gave users a choice, they could pick the typeface that works best for them. A monospaced and/or fixed width font is the absolute worst choice, and suggests the author, though well intentioned, is not well informed. I think I'll wait to see how this app develops.

I like this, as in my advancing age I sometimes find text too small to read, and rather than zoom the entire screen I can now just display the selected text larger. There are no settings for LargeLook, which is unfortunate as I would like to be able to set a minimum size for the text. If I select a couple of words or a phone number, it’s displayed quite large, but if I select a block of text the text size is much smaller, as in the screenshot accompanying the MU listing. I still have plenty of room on my screen to display the text larger, so it would be nice if the dev would add the ability to enlarge the text and/or set a minimum text size.
