Overview

Filedart allows users to share files and screenshots in seconds. Drag a file or take a screenshot and your file is on the cloud. A URL is instantly in your clipboard, ready to be pasted into chat windows, emails, or sharing tools. On the receiving end, users click on the URL link to access the file or image in their browser. No sign in or registration is required.

Their license says "...you consent to (i) the access to any computer or device to which you have downloaded and installed the Filedart software application, and (ii) the transmission of your Content by Grio..." not "exclusively for the transmission" but "AND the transmission". Regardless of their intent, this gives them the right to access your computer for anything they want (and, oh by the way, the content you actually want transmitted.) You should be sending them files, not them retrieving them from your computer. There is no reason I can think of to willingly give strangers access to your computer.

Cannot find/determine any file size limits that may be imposed. Anyone out there know if there are any? Or, some sort of throttling of files larger than a certain size?

This is definitely the easiest way to share files. I've used it everyday since I've downloaded it. Also nice not to have to login or register to use it.
