Its an interesting application. Inadequately described & the entry is out of date with the current rev level (2.8 at this writing).
Armadillo is a CMS to be used with RapidWeaver web design software & Armadillo requires a database uploaded to your server. Its content is edited online, it seems. (rather like WordPress is, or was intended to be).
There are several much-appreciated videos on NimbleHost homepage that valiantly attempts to describe how to do things using their application, which really benefits from some grasp of web page management & design to fully appreciate without a little pain.
In other words, you have to have a good idea what a CMS is & how to utilize one. Its not necessarily a “works right out of the box” experience.
Melding with pages created originally in Rapidweaver is a little nuanced. In that, I mean you cannot edit pages with Armadillo that were created in Rapidweaver directly.
