Those (like me) who'd like to take this app for a short spin will be disappointed to discover the "Download Demo" link yield an expired beta release. The only option is to risk $10 at the Mac App Store.

This fork of the venerable Skim simply doesn't work. Any attempt to use a tool causes a crash and there are other problems. Possible abandonware. Too bad because Skim has a flaw that makes it useless on long documents on macOS 10.11.

Preferences say "use current view settings as default" in PDF menu. There is no PDF menu. You can't save view settings at all. What's the point?

No disappoints here. Yes, it is highly intuitive to use, but go try View/ Zoom/ Automatically Resize. I like to easily get to a 2 page layout that I can easily read. I read a lot of PDF and I love this thing!

Except that it is NOT in the Mac Appstore in UK, FR or DE. A link from a google search reveals a link to the ZA Store. (Go Figure) - but that is also a dead link. I believe it originally got pulled from the app store at Adobe's request.

The makers of one of my favorite utilites Deskovery released HyperPDF today. I love being able to swipe to turn pages. You are able to view a pdf within HyperPDF in four different modes, reading, presentation, editing and full screen mode. You can add notes, bookmarks, annotate your pdf's and it also integrates with keychain. I am very happy with my purchase, especially because I read alot of pdf's and HyperPDF is the nicest pdf reader I have found. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

On the website, it says while in beta... that kind of says it all.

Great, ten dollars is very reasonable for HyperPDF. Looking forward to HyperPDF's release. Will definitely purchase it. I wish Deskovery was $10.00 and I'd buy it. I own Moon and that is fine but I really miss Minimize to Titlebar. I know you put a lot of hard work in Deskovery to make the windows shake but that doesn't help productivity and therefore is not necessary. Guess I'll have to wait for WindowShade to be updated. Keep up the great work.

Read like a Book mode needs adjustable font size option, the font is to small.

Changing font size in a PDF is quite impossible and result will break the layout of the document. However we are working in a zoom feature.

Would also be nice to fill out PDF forms or the like, at present I use Adobe's free Reader. The zoom option sounds great.

Not bad, in my opinion It's better than preview in term of reading pdf. Love the full screen reading + not auto reading like a book. Hope it will soon support: read many pdf files in one tab ( different tab or Preview like is ok) :D
