Excellent software. Interesting approach to writing. As for the comment about the English-only localization from Anastasio: Understanding global markets these days is not about pushing English-only products, on the contrary. Developers are quick to understand that. If you have been a computer user for 20 + years and you are used to French menus, etc. (which is easy and common with French, Spanish, German and at least a dozen more languages that are commonly available on all platforms), then it IS a big deal to have to adapt to a new terminology. So being 21 st century minded, why don't you start working on a Hungarian-only application and get back to us.

I'm glad to know Pagehand (now Pagesmith) is being developed again. I got the email from Andy Finnell this morning, and was very glad to see that he's working on Pagesmith again, since it was one of my favourite Mac apps.

It looks like Ross Carter of cocomot.com has sold Pagehand to Andy Finnell of fortunatebear.com who has renamed the program Pagesmith. Unfortunately, my Pagehand registration information is NOT accepted by Pagesmith. This strikes me as a cheesy business practice, I certainly won't be spending $40 for a renamed program.

I apologize for the 'cheesy' business practice statement. I received an updated registration code from Andy Finnell at fortunate bear.com shortly after submitting my comment.

To be honest: if it were only in chinese, I would see the problem. But lamenting the fact that an application is only in english seems a bit excessive. We're living in the Year of Our Lord 2012, not 1612.

@Anastasio. But it's not (yet) a crime speaking and writing in another language

@Yazarim: of course speaking and writing another language is no crime; on the contrary! English is not my first language, and not even my second. I almost never speak English, and my knowledge of the English language is wholly 'bookish'. But at least I try to adapt myself to the international standards of today.

Are there any civilized people today who don't know the meaning of "save", "close", "zoom in", "print", etc.? If the answer is "no", then the English version should be sufficient. If the answer is "yes", then these people, in order to be taken seriously, should try to acquire at least a basic knowledge of the English language, instead of lamenting the lack of localisations in French ("helas!"), Finnish, Tibetan of Mongolian. A developer has certainly better thing to do than worrying about localisations in all kinds of languages. My humble opinion.

To conclude, may be we can say : a monolingual application in english is well, but a multilingual application is better. It is not ?

@ Anastasio: That's a pretty arrogant and narrow-minded way of thinking. There are more people in the world speaking other languages than English - natively or as additional language -, and – guess what – most of them don't live in caves.

DennisKeefe2561 had trouble on 06 Sep 2013
I downloaded the demo with great anticipation. This is the most intriguing idea in this type of software in a long time.

However--Upon initial launch, and each subsequent attempt, I get a message that my trial period has expired. This is a new machine with no prior installation of this app. Contacted support with now reply.

Anyone else having this problem? Any workaround?
