This is nothing but a "one-page-browser" (google's search page) showing the translation window. If by mistake you press one of google's tabs you "forever" surf away from the translation window and need to quit and re-launch ... If google translation web was a convenient one, I'd might think to keep this mini-browser. But google translation page is inconvenient (like most of their applications - see picasa). Thus, I trashed this application 5 seconds after I installed it. Google, your search engine is wonderful, and that's about it.

Looked useful, so I downloaded it and all I get is constant crashing upon launching.

Running OS X v10.6.8 on a 24inch Intel iMac, Intel Core 2 Duo, 2.16 GHz, with 2.5 GB of memory.

I have placed this in the Applications folder. Nothing seems to work!

What is the difference between this application and site-specific browsers such as Fluid (http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/26476/fluid) or Raven (http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/40498/raven)?

He had already done what you told him to do. Read his comment. It was already in the Applications folder.

Seriously dude chill down, Try installing it in the Applications folder and let me know if it works there. Please be aware this application wouldn't get accepted to Macupdate unless it wouldn't work... they're very strict here.

Doesn't run on 10.6 iMac, nor 10.7 MBP, both of which have Java installed. Someone at Google didn't do their homework...

Their website is also not working properly. Click on any of the apps in bottom row of this page
http://www.iwebapplications.net/index.php

and they all take you to iGoogleAnalytics.

This isn't developed by Google anyway.
And the website is still under beta version, We're working on finishing all applications , these apps at the bottom row are not working. Please have some understanding.
There are currently no troubleshooting comments. If you are experiencing a problem with this app, please post a comment.
