MailHub for Lion for Mac1.2B54

Maintain a streamlined Inbox in Apple Mail.

What is MailHub for Lion for Mac

MailHub for Lion is a unique smart assistant for Apple Mail in Mac OS X 10.7 Lion. What makes MailHub so effective as a time-saving email management tool is that mail can be filed, deleted or have actions set against it without leaving your in-box. No more manually 'drag- filing' mail into mailboxes or setting up complicated email rules to keep on top of ever expanding in- boxes. Email from a contact or thread can be batch-filed to a mail-box (or deleted) with a series of simple mouse clicks or key strokes, radically reducing time spent on mail administration. To keep you highly organised MailHub even allows you to specify filing destinations for an outgoing message during composition. MailHub also allows the creation of mail-boxes 'on the go' allowing you to organize your in-box naturally as new email arrives - no more breaking your work flow to file. Finally, MailHub allows you to set reminders and actions against emails directly from your inbox with a fully mail-integrated remind function so once an email is filed it is 'out of sight but not out of mind' and you won't forget a vital task at a later date.

MailHub has been developed for Apple Mail in Mac OS X 10.7 to make it easy for users to achieve and maintain highly organised mailboxes and a streamlined in-box. The smart software within MailHub is intuitive and learns about the user's filing preferences from the point of installation. It continues to learn as the user files and intelligently auto-suggests mailboxes to efficiently file to. It allows the user to file, create new mailboxes, delete or assign actions to email, effortlessly, without interruption to workflow.

MailHub is the killer Mail app for Mac OS X 10.7, and will let you achieve 'in-box zero' quickly and painlessly.

MailHub for Lion 1.2B53 prevents opening of .eml Attachments (attached emails) sent from Outlook/Exchange (Win7). Contacted the developer because of this bug. Never got an answer :-(

After about 20 minutes with Mailhub installed, I realized I could never use a mail program that did not have this functionality. Thank you Dervish Software, for making a fantastic application.

Really one of the best add-ons I've come across. Lots of features but easy to use on first start-up. Nicely designed and integrated. Intelligent and anticipates, and usually correctly selects, the correct filing choices. Responsive developer. Fairly priced. Amply makes up for the serious filing and locating shortcomings in Apple Mail. 5 stars! (Am a refugee from dying Eudora. I tried Gyazmail, Postbox, Mailforge, and with Mailhub operating I'm content with Apple Mail.)

I just added this and it's terrific. I have MsgFiler and it works well, but Mailhub has more functions and is great. It does a great job of guessing the mailbox for filing and there's a function that let's you send a response and have the original message automatically filed. This is a great mail add-on.

THIS IS NOT THE MOUNTAIN LION VERSION! Get the correct version here http://dervishsoftware.com/mailhub/download.html Totally indespensible for Mail Power Users! Saves me lots of time every day. Latest version 1.3B18 works perfectly in Mountain Lion. Developer is hugely responsive and updates to fix every bug. Now totally stable and functional on ML.

After updating to 1.2b50 the MailHub plugin is disabled on mail startup. Going back to b49 and it is still disabled. Says it is not compatible with Mail 6.0. Running 10.8. So I cannot get any version of MailHub to run now.

Not Mountain Lion compatible! I installed OS X 10.8 yesterday and, upon restart, was immediately advised that MailHud was not compatible... Any ETA on an update?

1. Can anyone suggest if I should switch off the Mail Rules whilst using (Mail hub of course- always the latest version) 2. Does MailHub learn (better) if I move mails manually over into the correctly wanted box? Or should I use the MalHub's own tools to move them! ?? As you see LEARNING is my main feature :-) Pol

This has been a HUGE time saver for me (I need to file all correspondence with many different clients). It makes great guesses about where things should be filed so I'm only having to change its guess about 5% of the time. The (correct) labelling of messages with 'to/from' based on whether it was sent or received is another feature that I now find indispensable. Just as it is, it's worth every penny and I look forward to the future releases!

Found myself burdened and buried at the bottom of the email inbox pile - and it was growing daily until now.. For $19 bucks I just took away hassle, time wasting and cleared the email air. Four, five or more moves, become one. Great way to stay on top of the mail inbox, with ease, improved clarity, and peace of mind knowing where files reside. Mail Hub reduces a huge amount of dragging files around, manual drops and clicks, and streamlines filing. Do yourself a favour, and make your life lighter and happier for $19 and get it now.

I tried to contact the support with the detail of my problem but they never replied to me... I can't use the program, even their beta version of mountain osx lion doesn't work properly, when I try to check the preference menu in mail, the app crashes... I'll change my note if they reply to me with a solution....

I bought this product and somehow got the wrong version (Snow Leopard) and it failed to install. After complaining to Dervish they directed me to this proper Lion version and it installed with ease and works great! VERY happy with this product and recommend this Lion (Beta) version. Enhances Mac Mail nicely and for me, now a "must have".
