Animix overview
Animix app is an unique way to breathe the life into your photos. You can add weather effects, animate water surfaces, put a sun lens flare and set up the camera movement. The app is that simple that even a kid can use it to produce some creative works! Animix contains free screensaver module that supports app's scene playback, so you can distribute the results as a run-time screesavers or export them into the QuickTime movie. Tried the demo version but unfortunately it opened once, then crashed time and time again immediately after opening. Pity, it looks like a nice app, liked the animation that could be saved as a QT file.

It's seems to be a 64 bits only app, that information is not shown anywhere, also you loose costumers!

Tried the demo. Looks promising. A little expensive for the current number of filters. I have Neatberry's Photostyler and it's a wonderful application. This is one to keep an eye on.

WOW! Version 1.1 is a gem! You can get what this program does with your photos if you buy After Effects or Aperture and spend twice as much as the price of Animix on a plug-in or two, but nothing on the market approaches, let alone beats, what this program can do for a static photo for 20 bucks: actually bringing it to life! Help and examples are available on Neatberry's website, and the learning curve is ridiculously small. Download a copy! Try it! I LOVE this program!

Oh, what a wonderful idea this software embraces, but I can't get it to stop quitting unexpectedly on my iMac 10.6.7 system, nor find any help file yet to accomplish some of the functions the narrative says are available. Will watch this for future releases!
