Game dose not work properly... developer says "re-install it". game still hangs in places and can't be finished.

Never buy games from Big Fish Games again.

JBX had trouble on 20 Sep 2011
Problem shutting off the electrical switch @ the airport. The walk through on their site states "get the switch upstairs in the control room then putting switch in the electrical box and pull the handle down. " Handle dose not pull down.

No support from vendor.. not even on their own forum they don't answer.
