Developer website: Dustin OConnor

Eye Synth OSC uses you i-sight or Web camera to make music based on motion. Eye Synth splits your camera up into 8 individual sections. You specify which section corresponds to the notes you want. It comes with a built in synth that lets you specify your own sound fonts or dls banks. With each update a new internal sound preset will be included.

In addition Eye Synth OSC also transmits the notes via open sound control protocol or the (new midi) on port 3878. This so that you can use Eye Synth with any music application you want.

There is also a 16 step sequencer with BPM input so you can sync this up to your tracks. You choose to run in single note mode or gated step sequence mode.

Also check out Eye Splatter Paint for a unique painting experience similar to Eye Synth OSC. Both selling now for an introductory price of 99 cents.
