The application is nice and it does the job quite good. There is room of improvement though and this is why i gave it only 3 stars (i wanted to give it an overall rating of 4 stars but i can not change it.. oh well... 3 stars is also appropriate).
1. They need to add a slideshow option for viewing
2. An option to manually set the size of the thumbnails in the gallery would be nice
3. A way to move pictures between different libraries and to merge libraries should be there already.
4. There are some grinches. for example i had a library with 20 pictures, i deleted 10 but the overall number 20 has not changed when i see the gallery folders with the info about how many pictures are inside.
Also it happens once that even though it showed that all of my pictures where uploaded and backed up almost half of them were blank and i had to reupload them again
Also now i just created a new library with 13 pictures and i see photorocket icon on the dock writing that it is backing up 33 photos ?????
I am sure that there are many other things that i can think about but these are the most important for me at the moment.

This app looks really cool; something that I'd use every day. Plus it's also available for the iPhone and iPad, so I downloaded it in order to check it out.

Unfortunately I only got as far as the registration screen, where it presented me with a completely blank user agreement ("Page 1 of 0") that it wanted me to "Agree" to.

This is the point where I bailed out. I am not going to agree to something that I can't even see. Plus it makes me wonder about the quality of this app and this company when they can't even get the registration process to work.

Then I installed this on my iPhone, where I was able to read the user licensing agreement. What I found out is that when you use this, they keep copies of your photos and retain the right to use them however they see fit and you get nothing.

It makes me suspicious that I was asked to agree to something that I couldn't read, that gives them ownership of my photos. Are they starting a stock photo service?

It's not that extreme:

http://www.photorocket.com/terms-of-service

"For any User Content that you post, transmit, or store via the Service: (a) in order for us to provide our service to you and to carry out the sharing, printing, storage and other requests that you make of us, you grant us and our subsidiaries and affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display the User Content throughout the world in any media subject to the privacy or other settings selected by you from within your PhotoRocket account (this right is granted to us by you only for the purpose of making such User Content available to yourself or others in the manner chosen by you); (b) you grant us and our affiliates, subsidiaries, and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with the User Content, if we choose; (c) you represent and warrant that you own and control all of the rights to the User Content that yyou post, or you otherwise have the right to post that User Content to the Service; and (d) you represent and warrant that the use and posting of the User Content you supply does not violate this Agreement, will not violate any rights of or cause injury to any person or entity, and will not otherwise create any harm or liability of any type for us or for third parties. is "not that extreme"?

Actually it appears to be normal provisions so they have your explicit permission to host and share etc your photos. Note that
"this right is granted to us by you only for the purpose of making such User Content available to yourself or others in the manner chosen by you"; and the last sentence:

" For purposes of clarification: you granting us this right does not transfer ownership of your User Content to us; we do not own your User Content, nor do you grant us the right, without your permission, to use or disclose it in any way other than as specified in these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy."
