Combine & Mail is a new action designed to help perform a simple task faster. Some of us has encountered a situation where we needed to mail more than one PDF file in one mail message, this is where this small utility comes to action.

This automator action will do the following tasks for you:

  • Open a new mail message.
  • Ask you to choose the PDF files you want to combine.
  • Combine the selected PDFs into one PDF file.
  • Save the merged PDF file in your documents folder for reference.
  • Attached the merged file into the mail message.
All you need to do now is type in the addresses and subject then
