SpeakerShare is an application to use the speaker connected to other computer on the network. It transfers audio in uncompressed PCM format and uses 172 kbps bandwidth on TCP connection.

Please read README file from the wiki tab if you have any difficulties.

I didn't had any issues, maybe I can point the latency in audio, but I think it's normal for kind of stuff.

All this app does is pop a dialog that says "Line Busy". If it simply doesn't work with Airport Express, it should be in the first paragraph of the description, because that will be a very common audio target.
