Digital flower influenced by local weather.

Overview

Floret is a digital flower that lives on your Mac. It will start its life as a seed and will slowly grow if you take good care of her like watering and fertilizing her regularly.

Floret also shows you the current local weather and the three day forecast. Your flower will profit from good weather like rain but needs protection against rough influences like frost or heat.

This is listed as free. It isn't. To quote from the accompaying manual, "Floret is shareware. You can use it for free in demo mode to try it out. In demo mode Floret will automatically quit after 5 minutes of usage and saving/exporting is disabled." Five minutes of usage? Do us a favour. Or is that about how long it'd take to ascertain that it's rubbish? I'll never know as I read that far and into the bin it went.

Hi, Floret is freeware, it seems like we forgot to change the text in the manual, thanks for the hint, we will change it. But when you download and install Floret, you can use it without any limitation. Or have you been asked for a license key when opening the program? If so, please inform us, this would be a bug. Best regards, Anna Mr. Fridge Software Team
