What is Kick the Habit for Mac

Kick the Habit uses a novel approach to help you quit smoking. The idea is simple: you enter a series of distractions and punishments. A distraction is a simple task you perform to take your mind off smoking, such as doing 25 pushups or practicing scales on a musical instrument for ten minutes. A punishment is exactly what it sounds like: a penalty for breaking down and having a cigarette.

When you feel the urge to smoke, ask Kick the Habit to give you a distraction to help focus your mind on something else. If you do break down and smoke, ask Kick the Habit for a punishment and be prepared to accept your fate.

You can use Kick the Habit by itself or in combination with other stop smoking methods. You are encouraged to seek the advice of your doctor before you begin any stop smoking program.
