pollcam is a video clicker, in other words, a software that simulates keystrokes sent by the users via a compatible webcam. Its working principle is based on motion detection (the same used by the security systems). The great family of RS's (audience, classroom, personal or student Response Systems) now has a new member. Clickers can significantly enhance a learning experience and enrich your teaching techniques. Like a mechanical clicker, pollcam brings interactivity to your classroom, but at a fraction of the costs.
This beta version is at an experimental stage of development and can target up to four students/teams.
