Side-scrolling motocross game with realistic physics.

Overview

Mad Skills Motocross is a motocross game that focuses on pure, simple fun. Race like a mad man. Do backflips over spectacular jumps. Land perfectly, full throttle, hit the Nitro-button and off you go.

  • Take advantage of the fun physics
  • Play around with the 5 power-ups
  • Race in 5 exotic places
  • Win all 52 tracks and challenges
  • Make your own tracks, in-game
  • Achieve tricks for stars
  • Easy to learn, very hard to master

You will collect achievement-like stars for tricks. You will get power-ups that might seem silly and useless at first. But these power-ups will be very useful once it \'clicks\' for you and you figure out when and how to use them.

Unlike most other sidescrolling motocross games, Mad Skills Motocross is not about puzzles and obstacles. It is about racing. Pure and simple.

Getting to the finish line in the shortest time possible is the primary goal, while pulling off backflips, frontflips, wheelies and more on the way is the secondary goal.

No music/sound on PowerBook G4 (only gurgling sound). No "pink" arrow neither (on main menu). Playable though. Sound and music OK on Mac Intel 10.5. Should open first in a window rather than full screen (but this is adjustable once launched the first time)

this couldn't be a good reason why I wouldn't buy a piece of software- before I have enough time to find out all the bugs - it would be like buying a new car that has a recall- of course you won't get the next years model whens it comes out
