This promises to be a huge time saver for me when I need to tidy up lists of email addresses and contacts. One thing that would make it even more amazing, is if the author would make it work as part of an automated workflow. This could be done either through AppleScript or even by making Automator actions that integrate with Listomator. Anyway, so far so good. Actually, the approach the author has taken by using the clipboard as the way to import and export data from the tool can work pretty well with Automator. (I think AppleScript can use clipboard contents too, but I haven't had any reason to explore that aspect of AppleScript yet.)

Very useful application to work with lists. I haven't found anything else that does so many useful data manipulations as easily as this. I don't use Listomator everyday but when I do need it, I can't imagine myself without it. Just tested it in OS X 10.7.2 and works well. Unfortunately, the application's website seems to have been taken over by a referral spam blog. Fortunately I found a copy, on one of my old hard drives, which I'm making available here since it's freeware: http://www.filefactory.com/file/c3da6de/n/Listomator_1.0.1.zip
