What is CityListBuilder for iMovie 09 for Mac

CityListBuilder is a desktop helper app for iMovie 09. It allows users to add new cities to the list of over 4,000 locations provided by Apple to create powerful animated travel maps.

Although most large cities and popular tourist destinations are included, most users are likely to find out at some point that their destination is not available.

CityListBuilder fixes the problem by making it very easy to add new cities by leveraging Google's powerful geo-location Web services.

After downloading and installing the software, I came back to the download page, and I noticed that it lists the platform as Intel only. Yet the program still ran on my PPC iMac. In spite of it running when it shouldn't have, it didn't do anything to iMovie. The city list did not change to reflect the cities that I tried to add through City List Builder. Its feature to add cities would be nice if I could have gotten it to work. I do think it is missing a few search fields, for example state and county. I live near Philadelphia PA and there are two Springfield's nearby, one in Delaware county and one in Montgomery county. Also, I know there are myriad number of Springfield's throughout the US. Without those extra search fields it is not possible to get accurate results. Which is why when I searched for Springfield I got the city in Missouri and not the one I was looking for in PA.
