QLFits provides a quick access to FITS headers right in your Finder. It gives a quick summary of the most important information, and colorizes the keywords/values/comments. In case it detects a file created by the European Southern Observatory, it also provides Web links to program's abstract, weather conditions and more.

After running the installer, the most important step is:

Make sure to open the QLFits PrefPane once
in the System Preferences before using QLFits.

Then QLFits can work fine, even in 10.8.3 :D
