What is GPS for Mac
GPS gives you access to your iPhone's GPS functionality.
It's simple display shows your current:
- Heading / Course
- Speed
- Coordinates
- Altitude
Via the settings you can:
- Choose between metric and imperial (meters or feet).
- Keep your iPhone from going to sleep.
- Select the quality of the GPS data (to extend battery life).
To extend your battery life the screen will turn off when it is covered (like when you put it in your pocket).
