Not only that, but by all accounts they have zero support for customers. Nada.
I am still waiting for an answer to a question submitted to their ever-so-handy "ticket-based customer support system" one week ago. (They don't have any such low thing as an email support, you see.) I submitted a question about the first question a few days ago - still nothing. "Chronically Absent" would seem to be a much more appropriate name for this outfit.
Any Chronosites paying attention here? This is one senior customer that is very close to pulling the plug on my custom with Chronos.

Don't do this kind of nonsense. I open the program, and it says, "would you like to go to the iScrapBook store?" Yet I have absolutely no choice but to click "yes" and be taken there. Harmless enough, but don't ask me a yes/no question when you plan to simply force me into it in the first place.
