As you paint, watch cells evolve like fireworks under your fingertips, or you can pause the simulation and paint cell-by-cell, then press play and watch your creations grow.

Then, take snapshots of your creations to email to friends, set as wallpapers, or use in your own projects.

Accompany your favorite music with an interactive light show, or simply relax and watch as the intricate patterns unfold.

The rules of the simulation are based upon Conway's Game of Life, which sparked an explosion of thought in Math, Science, and Philosophy regarding the nature of existence and the possibility that all of life's complexity could emerge from a simple set of rules.
