As a practising anaesthesiologist with a pediatric background, iDocTool is one of the app's I hoped to find as the iPhone 3G appeared. Not only replaces it my MedCalc from the palm, but the authors seem to know what is useful in clinical daily business. Other calculator simply add hundres of formulas. iDocTool very simply also includes listings of common classification like the NYHA, many of us don't know by heart. I really can recommend iDocTool, it is worth the few bucks! Cheers Thomas
