This is a nice spin on the classic shoot-em up game. The graphics and music are very retro, but are done so as not to look dated. In fact, I have to say the graphics, while not cutting edge, are some of the best I've seen for this genre.

This is a game with some replay value with the various difficulties and with 50 levels. So far I have found I can play for an hour or two, or simply get in a quick level or two and be entertained.

Overall, another terrific offering from Freeverse!

It may seem a simple, harmless retro-shooter but you will soon discover that Neon Tango is a real hardcore shot'em up ... I've found the control scheme a bit awkward but, other than that, this is a very fun game. Well done, Freeverse.

Dodge the forces of entropy by stopping time or activating your hyper thrusters. Each arcade-packed wave offers a brand new way to play, thanks to unique enemies and clever levels. State of the art OpenGL graphics and a killer soundtrack from Digital Droo, dazzle the senses, while the built-in online scoring lets you mock your friends as you beat their hi-scores like a Bulgarian circus monkey in Campaign, Survival and Fast Score modes.

If Chuck Norris had his action removed and hot-glued onto Jack Bauer, and then Mr. Bauer was blended into a protein shake, it would be called "The Neon Tango" and… it would be Delicious!!!
