Such a great piece of software. Intuitive, fast, Mac-like. I like how it's not only a geocache file manager (converting file types and moving them to your GPS unit, with PDA support too, via Cachemate), but it really is a JOURNAL. I can embed photos for caches, view Google maps, export to Google Earth, write journal entries for each found cache, etc. Geo Journal also helps BEFORE I go out. I use it to automatically download your Pocket Query via POP3, then use the Itinerary capability to generate a plan of which caches you'll visit in what order. Edit the list if necessary, print/export to PDA, send the geocaches to your GPS, and BOOM - you're off. And it's only a 1.0 release. I can't wait for the next releases.
