Some folks like widgets, me I can't stand the clutter. Any chance of making this a stand-alone application or desktop toy? Please and thanks

My Dashboard crashes when this widget is installed. Using Safari 4 developer preview though, so that may be the underlying cause (since Dashboard relies heavily on WebKit). Anyone else having this problem with this version of the widget?
