Here's your chance to follow the GCP in (nearly) real-time. The data being drawn represents the deviation of the most recent second from the expected value, calculated with something called a squared Stouffer Z. Basically this means anything much below 50% is interesting since it means that it's increasingly less likely that the data is random. Actually all deviations from 50% are somehow significant, but since I haven't got the slightest clue about the mathematics involved (or, indeed, mathematics generally) I'd be spewing garbage if I tried to explain this any further.
