I just switched from PSPware to this app and highly recommend. It costs a little more, but it is stable under Leopard and has more features. Great developer with a solid update history.

This is it. This is the ONLY app I found that actually works for converting video for my PSP. But it doesn't even come close to stopping there. It also syncs up all my iCal calendars, bookmarks, addresses and loads of other stuff. You have to have internet access to view those things but, the extras this app provide make that extremely minor. The asking price is a little steep, but after waiting for what seems like forever to put video on my PSP in a seamless, easy way, I jumped on this. The video quality after import isn't the greatest and there's no way to adjust quality.

I've tried 'em all and this is by far the best.

Check out PSPWare as well. Great product (although a little neglected more recently)

...and if all you really want to do is convert videos for PSP then get a copy of VisualHub which has always been able to do it successfully - together with almost every other kind of video conversion...
