Speed through viewing RAW and JPEG photos.

Overview

PhotoCuller lets you make a quick first pass at your RAW and JPEG photos so that you can focus on the ones you like and ignore or discard the rest. It is not image editing or touch-up software.

Speed through your photos to find those great shots and set them aside for later processing, or weed out the bad ones! Can't tell if a photo is a Keeper? Double-click on it for an instant full-screen preview, or use the Loupe tool for quick full-resolution inspection. PhotoCuller is quick and easy!

What's new in PhotoCuller

Version 1.0
  • Much faster refreshing after dismissing images.
  • Manual clockwise and counter-clcokwise photo rotation controls.
  • Larger and improved Loupe Tool.
  • Fixed issue where a fresh session wouldn't be started when a new set of photos were opened.
  • Fixed issue where attempting to cancel when closing the browser window would sometimes result in the window being closed anyway.
  • Sending all photos to trash now asks for confirmation before proceeding.
  • Other minor fixes and enhancements.

DEADLY. I installed and launched this, and after scrolling down to view a few photos (Canon RAW files), MY WHOLE SCREEN TURNED BLACK. Command Quit didn't help. Nothing helped, and I was faced with having to power down the computer and reboot. Fortunately, this piece of crapware crashed and quit on its own, and I was able to remove it with AppZapper. Even when it was visible this thing had serious problems scaling it display when I enlarged the window: the photos displayed still thought they were in a small window, and as I enlarged the window I just got a lot of white space. Great design. It looks like there's a decimal error in the version. This should be version 0.1, and it should never have been made public. These people are irresponsible, and it's laughable that they want to charge $14.95 for a piece of software with such a narrow use (assuming it even woked).

I have tried to run this programe after installing, it will not allow me to run trial, instead keeps asking me to buy or enter registration key code. It is a shame. Prabh

Going from $14.95 to $24.95 and now a badge on the site says the price is going up again soon. Two price hikes and the app isn't even out of the 1.0 beta stage. This is NOT the way to hook me as a user - especially since most of the features can be found in Graphics Converter which is installed free on every Mac I've purchased in the last several years. I like the looks of this app, and the features are nice, but I fear the heavy cost of entry is going to doom this gem to lower than what should be sales.

I like this soft a lot. It is a long time I was thinking to have a soft like this one, to make the first sorting in my shooting folders. Easy, simple and efficient. Had no problem till now on my PM bi-pro G4. I would like to have the ability to register with Paypal...please please all developpers we all not have credit cards !!! Registering MUST be easy ! Thanks to developper for this soft and keep the good work.
