Bandwidth Sleeper is a simple application that monitors network traffic and sleeps your computer when an upload or download finishes. Help save the environment, sleep your computer when you aren't using it! Simply select uploads or downloads and which interface to monitor, click start and you are set. When your upload or download finishes, your computer will be put to sleep. If there is no network activity when you click start, it will wait for a transfer to begin.

Simple and effective. I've been looking for a way to shutdown computer when my downloads are finished. Would be an excellent app with the option to sleep or shutdown. Thanks
