A MIB-browser for Mac OS X. I think its the only one. I tried to find one but couldn't find one. When finished it will be able to walk through values from the mib tree you select. It reads the mib that you have in your /usr/share/snmp/mibs, if you put more mibs there it will read that one to. It supports reading from diffrent folders but i haven't done a preference pane yet. Please comment if it doesnt work!
Requirements
PPC, Mac OS X 10.2 or later

This appears to no longer be working. If you are looking for a Macintosh native alternative, I recently added an SNMP MIB Browser and SNMPd Config tool to IPNetMonitorX.

With Leopard on a G4 i get an error:

Process: CocoaSNMP [29231]
Path: /Applications/Utilities/CocoaSNMP.app/Contents/MacOS/CocoaSNMP
Identifier: com.apple.CocoaSNMP
Version: ??? (???)
Code Type: PPC (Native)
Parent Process: launchd [73]

Date/Time: 2008-10-03 00:10:14.168 +0200
OS Version: Mac OS X 10.5.5 (9F33)
Report Version: 6

Exception Type: EXC_BREAKPOINT (SIGTRAP)
Exception Codes: 0x0000000000000001, 0x000000008fe0105c
Crashed Thread: 0

Dyld Error Message:
Library not loaded: /usr/lib/libnetsnmphelpers.5.dylib
Referenced from: /Applications/Utilities/CocoaSNMP.app/Contents/MacOS/CocoaSNMP
Reason: image not found

Creating a new link to the current install (to netsnmphelpers.dylib, pointing to version 15 currently) does help. In part. The app starts, only after the MIB load, the fiels stay grey... no way to fill in the IP-number f.e.

The .mac page doesn't exist anymore too, unfortunatly.
It could've been a cool application, in line with what you can get for free on the windows side of the world too. I wish the source was still available.
Anyone knowing about an X.11 counterpart... that would be nice too.

I know snmpwalk exists too... which does help as well. Nothing wrong with cli at times...

Crashes on launch. This seems to be due to an incompatibility between version of libnetsnmp used for the application and the one installed in 10.3.9

eat78rpm had trouble on 16 Mar 2006
Refused to launch. Console reported "/Applications/Utilities/CocoaSNMP.app/Contents/MacOS/CocoaSNMP can't open library: /usr/lib/libnetsnmp.5.dylib"

How can I solve this?
