Please note this is a beta version and may not work for all people. Some of my beta testers had no problems with the application while others got an error for no good reason. I need a bigger testing pool, so if you get an error please let me know by email what kind of file you were trying to convert at the time.

When I press "convert" itunes opens, but there is no converted file. It says on this page that it is "that easy" but obviously not.

I have all the right specs, and the video was a Quicktime file, but it still wouldn't work. It's a shame, as this product seemed ideal for me. Hopefully Olie will get these problems ironed out. Cheers, Dan

I've got a new ibook and was trying to transfer my songs to it when I got this Applescript error "sh: line 1/usr/bin/open: Argument list is too long (126)" Do you have any words of wisdom for correcting this as I don't understand what it means?
