It is up to 3.5 now... Everything seems to be running quite well on my 1st gen MBP and 10.6.8 combo. just open the .jar file and be amazed at how much you listen to the same few songs over and over again : ) Really interesting stuff. More than I was thinking about when I started looking for this kind of software. One humble suggestion for the developer, some sort of scaling control would be nice. If you have examples of many different genres Super Analyzer 3.5 tries to crowd them all on an ordinate axis with one screen height. So they are not legible. Cheers to nosleep software, Ian

Apparently, you can analyze any smart playlist by exporting it as an XML file. It needs the option to choose between total rating and average rating (currently it is only total). Another nice feature would be the listing of the most common words, instead of just the top one.

Needs the ability to choose just one playlist instead of the whole library.

Useless as far as I can tell. Tells me 95,4% of my tracks is untagged, it's likely the other way around. Tells me I have only 1,3% of the albums complete. I would like to get my hands on all those extra tracks I am missing supposedly! I know this ain't a Super Analysis from my side, but this is what I discovered.

If you actually read the analysis, you would have seen that it counts unrated songs as "untagged."

It should be called "unrated" then, shouldn't it?

Hangs at/near the end of the analysis, on my PB running 10.4.2 I read the help file included in the app, states that you should send them a copy of your iTunes library's .xml file and they will fix the app so they can fix the bug(s)... I'm not sure I want to do that. Oh well. It's probably a nice app, just no workee for me.
