This seems to be an old piece of software that MacUpdate has posted on here to refresh it. (For some reason.)
The Dashboard was finally removed from macOS in Catalina, so this won't be compatible with the latest versions of macOS.

Does what it says. Though lacking in proper documentation, and the developer also admits this, a very nice simple widget. Thanks.
