With this software, you'll be able to keep accurate track of all the vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that you eat each day. You will also be warned when you are consuming too much or too little of a substance. It won't give you the willpower you need to slim down, but it will at least give you all of the information you need.

Also included is the "Nutrition Library"! It's nice to know how many milligrams of sodium you've eaten during the day, but if you don't know how much sodium you need, how much is too much, or what will happen to you if you take too much, knowing how much you've

It's nice to know how many milligrams of sodium you've eaten during the day, but if you don't know how much sodium you need, how much is too much, or what will happen to you if you take too much, knowing how much you've eaten isn't really that informative. So, after you've entered your "foods eaten" data, just click on a nutrient to learn more about it.

Lastly, for those of you who do food storage, as a free of charge extra, there is also a food storage calculator. Simply enter in the foods that you have stored as well as the amount of time you want the foods to last, and you'll be given a detailed explanation of the nutritional value of your foods, including deficiency and toxicity warnings!
