Cool features...nice improvement from previous version. Helps me stay on track now that I can actually understand what the narrator is saying.

I will never download this program after visiting the developer site for more information. I thoroughly enjoyed the sound of thunder or whatever that loud sound is supposed to be every single time I loaded a page. Brilliant. Even more brilliant is the ability to turn the sound off after loading the page (after the sound has already been made) only to have the preference lost when I move on to another page on the site. Thanks for waking up my coworkers!

I thought people actually did work... at work, I guess it was deserved that the sound woke up your co-workers. How's the program? I don't know because this person is complaining about a website's sound. There are probably much greater issues in the world... Please.

Well formulated program, very organized. It's very helpful if you don't know how to structure your workouts in the right way. Most people I see in my gym don't know how to do a routine the right way. It really is like having a personal trainer right there on your iPod.

The Rice Diet is a program specializing in the prevention, treatment and reversal of obesity, hypertension, diabetes and congestive heart failure. The diet consists of fruits, grains, vegetables, beans, and olive oil with small amounts of non-fat dairy and seafood (& lean meats), which is what patients are directed to eat when they return home both for continued weight loss and maintenance. On completion of the program, resources are available for participants to continue with a healthy lifestyle, and to maintain the improved health gained while on the residential program.
