Fast paced 2D shoot-em-up retro game.

Overview

Adagio is a fast paced 2D shoot-em-up in the tradition of many Genesis and Amiga games of similiar type. The full version will contain 6 levels that challenge your skill as well as reveal the game's indepth story.

Adagio is retro video gaming at its best. Fondly remember those scrolling "wee-ship" type games from the late 80's/early 90's such as R-Type or Gradius? Then give Adagio a try!

The demo includes the first two levels and is in no way play/time limited.

Why is this an installer package? Make it a drag & drop install! Graphics could be less blocky. (Didn't play it for long, so I can't really comment on the gameplay.)

Looks interesting but I couldn't get it to open. (G4 OSX.3.7) Unable to rate until I can see the game itself.

Look I am sorry. I didn't expect such a large number of hits on my game. I originally thought they were coming from this site, but it's actually elsewhere. I did a quiet redirect to the torrent to keep my server up. I couldn't do anything (this is my personal DSL) due to all the downloads. I've stopped the redirect to a BitTorrent, because two people have very graciously offered to host my game until I can get more a faster hosting solution.

No doubt this is a good game but its been put on the server from before christ. Thus far on a 1 meg connection I have a time of 1hour and 30 mins to download. I tried yesterday and it was about a third of the way through after an hour. Don't bother releasing things at this pace mate, its your money at the end of the day.
