When you're happy, choose Save As... in the File menu, and save the file somewhere so that you can import it into your design application. Auto-Cover generates 32-bit RGB format PICT files, which are a lossless format so the quality should be perfect and the colours should reproduce exactly. However, we recommend you use your design application to convert the image to CMYK (or even better, find and specify a Pantone reference for the colour and use Spot colours for your design).
