The Athlete's Diary is a multisport computer log. You can log your
training, view it in a variety of formats, and analyze it to your
heart's content. You an also use the software to plan your future
training. The Athlete's Diary is a standalone program, not a template
for another program like Microsoft Excel; nor is it based on any
database engine, such as dBase. Because of this, all three versions are
quite small, extremely fast, and highly tuned to the desired task. This
demo is almost identical to the full-featured version; the only
difference is that any log that you create with the demo is limited to a
maximum of 25 entries. After you register, you continue with the same
log; it's not necessary to start over.
