Work around iCal's GMT problems with all-day events.
Fixed-iCal-to-Sidekick is based iCal-to-Sidekick
Unfortunately the original has some problems when exporting "all-day" events, which were discussed on a nationally-syndicated daytime radio talk show on 11/11/04.
Since the original author has still not posted a fix, and evidently isn't supporting iCal-to-Sidekick at this time, Fixed-iCal-to-Sidekick is offered to correct the following four bugs:
1) All-day events are now detected by querying iCal, rather than attempting to locate them empirically by comparing start/end times.
3) All-day events are now exported on their correct day. Previously they were exported as starting on the day prior to when they actually begin.
2) All-day events are now exported with their start times set to 00:00:00 AM and ending times set to 11:59:59 PM relative to the user's time zone. Previously, exported all-day event times were offset by the difference between the user's time zone and Greenwich Mean Time.
3) The exported ending dates and times for all-day events are no longer zeroed, which could cause the importing calendar app to behave unpredictably, placing all-day events on random incorrect dates.
