Split files into segments and recombine them later.
Phenix splits up a file into several bits and reassembles a split-up file. Possible use : to split a large file into smaller files to be sent by e-mail.

Verison 1.3.3.: Modification from Xavier Freymuth:
Operations on files (splitting, reconstitution, creation of the Heliopolis folder) take place in a folder chosen by the user instead of the Desktop, in order to conserve free space in the Home folder (~) which can be precious in particular in the event of large files (several GB) to split or reconstitute.
