Organise 8 is bundled with a report builder
- Fixes issues when using Organise full-screen
- Fixes bug where reports include collation (e.g., Top Sellers)
- Removes some duplication with alerts when items are added to orders; if an item is out of stock and alert is shown, the 'low stock' warning isn't then shown
- Adds two checkboxes to preferences to disable the alerts when an item is out of stock, and to
